Our Process: It All Starts with Respect.
Whether you’re a veteran using a HISA or SAH grant or you’re over the age of 65 and you want to age in place safely and comfortably, Promise Mobility respects your needs and your desire to live independently.
We care about what happens to you, and we care about meeting your needs. In fact, that’s exactly how we describe our process: CARE.
So what does CARE mean to us (and to you)?
Unlike a typical consultation where you meet with professionals who tell you what you need, a consultation with Promise Mobility is a two-way conversation. We want to hear what you need before we make suggestions based on our experience. We’ll find the obstacles that are getting in your way and make sure we have all the facts before providing an in-depth assessment of your needs.
We work with the finest contractors to ensure that we’re able to give you a full assessment of your needs, your project and the results we’ll achieve. Once we know what you’re up against, we’ll provide you with real, workable solutions that can solve your mobility issues and help ensure you’re able to continue living independently.
Based on everything we’ve learned from you, we’ll implement the plan that we developed together. Our highly skilled team will work hard to ensure that you have the independence you deserve through accessible, disability-friendly improvements to your home or through construction of a completely new, barrier-free home.
Our one goal is your complete satisfaction, and we’ll do what it takes to earn it. Because we listen to your needs from day one, we understand what will work for you and what won’t. We work around your needs to ensure that you’re completely happy with the entire experience and that you’re able to enjoy independence in your barrier-free home.
